Client Portal

Give your brands the answers before they email you.

Momentum's client portal gives each brand a live, self-serve view of its own orders, shipments, inventory, inbound purchase orders, returns, SLA performance, claims and invoices — scoped so every client sees only its own data, and only sell prices.

The problem

Why do 3PL clients send so many emails?

Because they can't see. Where's my PO, how much stock is left, did that order ship, why is this invoice higher than last month — the WMS can answer every one of those, but it wasn't built for the brand to use. So the answers come from your account team, one email at a time.

  • "Did my PO arrive?"
  • "How many units are left — and when do they expire?"
  • "Why is this invoice different?"
  • "Where is this customer's order?"

How it works

What can brands do in the Momentum client portal?

  1. 1

    See operations live

Orders and shipments with tracking, inventory by SKU with lots and expiration dates, blocked and discrepancy stock, inbound POs and returns — synced from ShipHero, with orders and shipments landing within about five minutes.

  2. 2

    Act without an email

Create orders and purchase orders, file claims on lost or damaged shipments, and message their account team in threads that stay attached to the account.

  3. 3

    Understand the bill

Invoices and line-item billing reports at the brand's sell price, with the orders behind them. Your costs and margins never cross into the portal.

  4. 4

    Get the right alerts

Low-stock, expiring-lot, past-due PO and SLA alerts, scheduled report emails, and push notifications from an installable app.

FAQ

3PL Client Portal: common questions

Can clients see our costs or margins?

No. The portal shows sell prices only. Cost, margin, markup rules and internal exceptions are excluded at the data layer, not just hidden in the interface.

Can brands place orders and POs in the portal?

Yes. Brands can create orders and purchase orders, file claims and message their account team from the portal.

Does the portal work on phones?

Yes. It installs as an app from the browser, with push notifications, and needs no app-store download.

How is each brand's data kept separate?

Every client user is tied to one client, and row-level security in the database scopes every query to it, so a brand can only ever read its own records.
